Did you install the Evolve Plus Theme?
Did you install reduxframework plugin?
I am able to access Typography section without any issue.
Please see my screenshot. There is dropdown for fonts selection.
You can also check for plugin conflict by disabling one plugin at a time.

Your server could be lack of memory to process the preview.
Or there could be a plugin conflict.
There is no problem accessing Appearance -> Customize
You should install reduxframework plugin and use Appearance -> Theme Options
